I recently moved to the Rostraver/Belle Vernon area, and have been looking forward to trying the Slider City Grill!!! Today was the day, and I am so glad we stopped by. My wife had the pulled chicken sliders and I had the pulled pork sliders. OMG the food was delicious, the service was great, and the price was awesome!I!!!! If you're in the area, you need to check this place out!!!! The wife and I will probably end up being regulars!!!!

The pork sliders with BBQ sauce were the only good things we got. The Mac and Cheese was bland, the corn and carrots were both rather bland as well. The chili cheese sliders tasted like the chili came right out of a can. Not ok for the price of our meal. I won't be coming back.

Excellent bar/restaurant! I had the pulled chicken sliders which were excellent! Very rare to find pulled chicken. The staff was nice and friendly and we had a seat right up front by the windows which was great because it kept my friends son occupied with people watching! My friend had the pulled pork and she loved it. I would definitely return!

Took relatives to Sliders City Grill for drinks and dinner. Went solely based on online reviews since none of us had ever heard of the restaurant. All of us have been lifelong residents of Belle Vernon so it's quite unusual that none of us or our friends had ever heard of the restaurant. The outside is quite deceiving as it looks like a Bar from the parking lot yet there is a beautiful dining area once inside. The restaurant was empty when we arrived but we didn't assume anything from that. We were politely greeted at the door and seated immediately. CLEANLINESS-The restaurant was exceptionally clean and well-kept. ATMOSPHERE-The atmosphere was Casual and Relaxed...and very Pleasant. SERVICE/WAIT STAFF-The service was a little "rushed" from the beginning. We were not asked if we wanted a cocktail before dinner and no water was offered. We pretty much had to dictate our service (how quickly you want to dine) since it seemed like the staff just wanted to take our order, have us eat it as quickly as possible and get us out the door...No drinks, No appetizers, No deserts...just "what do you want to eat, here it is, here's your check...thanks for coming"...No doubt this is something that could EASILY be rectified with some training which is why this wouldn't be a deal-breaker that would warrant never returning. LIQUOR/DRINKS-Disappointed by the very limited selection (especially of Beer) and inability by the Bar Staff to know how to prepare requested mixed-drinks or willingness to look them up in a Bar/Drink Manual. Knowing that liquor generates the most profits for any restaurant establishment, I'm sure it won't be long before this problem is rectified. FOOD-The food was somewhat mediocre. It wasn't that it was bad, just nothing to rave about. Apps were typical "bar food". High calorie, deep-fried finger food ("munchies") that seem to all come from the same supplier no matter where you eat them....with the exception of the Shrimp Cocktail. The Shrimp Cocktail, although somewhat pricey for the area, was enjoyed by all. The Dinner Salads were nice. The Potato Soup (despite all the online raves) was bland and not the hearty soup that this Coal Mining town grew up on, which was a disappointment. The Lobster Bisque was also very bland and was referred to as "orange water" by one of the diners in our party. In a nutshell, this wouldn't be our first choice for a Soup/Salad lunch or dinner. The Entrées varied. We had a Steak that was well prepared, favorable and tender...no complaints on the Steak. The Lasagna was also flavorable and enjoyed by all. The Chicken-Parm was rather "generic" and processed (didn't taste like homemade) and the Ravioli's were absent. Despite two of the members in our party going specifically for the Ravioli, upon arrival we were informed that they had to be preordered and were only prepared occasionally...same as the meatballs. We thought this should have been clarified on the menu. Nonetheless, the Entrées did make-up for the "lackluster" Apps and Soup. DESSERTS- Ahhhh..The deserts! Truly the highlight of the evening. The Desserts were huge, rich, chocolatey, delicious and well-prepared. The selection was minimal (pie would have been nice) but if you can do something this well, why mess with perfection? They honestly do not need an extensive dessert menu. I would rather choose from 3-4 excellent items than a dozen mediocre ones. And, all of them were excellent, even though our waitress forgot our ice cream...our "sugar high" made this fact irrelevant. I am not a huge dessert lover to begin with, in fact I rarely order dessert, but Sliders Desserts just can't be ignored. There are absolutely no complaints whatsoever when it comes to the desserts. Bravo! AFTER-DINNER-We were not asked if we wanted after-dinner drinks (which we did) which is once again a reflection of the Waitstaff, which just needs some training. They were however very polite and friendly. All-In-All, we did enjoy the evening and we didn't leave with a disappointing "never-going-back" attitude...more like a "Ahhhh maybe we'll come back" feeling encompassed us all. Once the "late night" bar crowd started arriving, this signaled that it was time to go. CLEANLINESS--A+ Excellent ATMOSPHERE--A Casual, Relaxed SERVICE--C- Needs help. APPETIZERS--C+ Typical selection but has promise (shrimp cocktail) SOUP--C- Didn't live up to the hype ENTRÉES--B What was available was mostly good DESSERTS--A+ Superb DRINKS--C- Limited selection; Limited knowledge of mixing recipes SELECTION-- B. Didn't get what we came for but found something we liked on the menu PRICE--C. Somewhat pricey WOULD RECOMMEND/RETURN? -- MAYBE ... With some tweaking this place could be the Valley's Best Kept Secret. Without, I doubt the restaurant will be around two or three years from now...which would be a shame...we have more than enough fast-food restaurants already!

My fiancé and I stopped here after seeing their sign on our way back from Scottdale and I'm super happy we did! First of all the restaurant itself is beautiful. We didn't drink but they have a (very classy) looking full bar. And there were only two of us but if you'd want to go with a group of people there's a back room with plenty of room. I started off with the homemade potato soup. It was the best potato soup I've had in awhile. Then for my main dish I got the chicken Parmesan sliders. They were incredible. The sweet marinara sauce they use adds a wonderful flavor and the Havarti cheese on top was creamy and wonderful. I was so full I couldn't even finish the onion rings I got as my side! My fiancé had the BBQ chicken sliders with shoestring fries and potato salad, all of which he said was bomb. Our waitress was super sweet and very attentive. I felt bad because it was lunchtime but we were only one of two couples in the whole restaurant. More people need to find out about this place pronto because it's so great!

This place has the potential to be successful yet the food selection is mediocre, the floors are almost always sticky and the service is slow. The decor is very pretty and it stops there. Has not been busy when we were there yet the service was slow. Meals were wrong, and brought out warm at best. What a shame as it is so close to where I live. Gave it a few shots, now I'm done.

Chicken BBQ sliders were incredible. The BBQ sauce was unique, more of an Asian style sauce. It was a perfect compliment to the tender and generous helping of pulled roasted chicken that was packed on to the tiny little buns that were toasted to perfection. I highly recommend the homemade potato salad. Everything was perfectly balanced. The Slider City Grill needs to be shared with the world. If I lived in the area, I would no doubt make this place a home away from home.

Excellent food and service. The restaurant was empty when we arrived and we weren't expecting much, but the food was amazing and will be definitely be going back again and again

I came in here wondering what they consider a slider. I honestly expected White Castle size ((maybe McDonalds at best) sliders served cold and a sprinkling of fries and onion rings. WRONG. This was very very good. Burgers were great and cooked right. Plenty of sides. Place is clean. Service was good. If I lived here I'd be back on a regular basis. Why not you then? Visit! Eat! Enjoy! It would have been easy to skewer this place because I don't live here. This is a good place. When I come back to yhe area I will eat hear. You should too.

The food was very good but the service was poor. Being the only table in there you would hope to eat quickly.

Food is generally very good. Sliders are always excellent! Clean restaurant and restrooms. Service can sometimes be a bit slow even when they are not very busy. My husband and I eat here frequently and have always been satisfied.

We have eaten at Slider City many times since we moved to the area recently. We love the food and staff is very friendly. The sliders are awesome and so are the meatballs! Sometimes we just call in an order for their meatballs and sauce - truly delicious! We were hesitant to try it since we hadn't heard much about it and the location of it in the plaza it kind of gets lost. But I'm glad we decided to stop in. Now we are regulars!

Very eclectic menu with homemade potato soup, sliders, tacos and other snack and meal entrees. Looks like just a bar in a shopping center but very nice dining area inside, open , well lit and clean. Food was great, we had pulled chicken and hamburger sliders with barbecue sauce on toasted buns, the potato soup (they were out of homemade potato salad) and fries. Service a little slow but waitress was very pleasant , owner stopped by to chat as well. Very friendly , easy vibe , reasonable prices and really good food!
